At the end of last term, Explorers class were very excited to welcome Mr Blinstone and his collection of spiders and scorpions to their classroom.
Pupils were introduced to different spiders, shown the skins they had shed and the food that they eat. There were also some scorpions for them to observe.
We were all amazed at the size of the huge spiders and at a scorpion that changed colour when light was shone on to it’s skin. Everyone found out lots of fascinating information from Mr Blinstone by asking him questions that they had all prepared earlier.
