Earlier this week Reception pupils enjoyed the fine weather and spent some of their learning time outside.
They began the day listening to the Gruffalo story before going out onto the school field to build miniature dens for a small woodland animals and insects. The children collected together various materials they found outside and then thought carefully about how their den could be made.
The results were brilliant and the children thoroughly enjoyed the activity.
