It has been a very busy December here at Tuxford Primary Academy filled with fun and festive activities.
The month began with a jingle jog at Sherwood Pines, where we faced a very wet and muddy day. But they put on their Santa hats and carried on, all managing to finish the course in style.
We also had our wriggly nativity performed by our wonderful reception class. They all looked fabulous in their costumes and it was a great way for the children to get into the Christmas spirit.
A big thank you goes out to Tuxford Primary’s parent and friend association as they organised an in-house pantomime production of Peter Pan, everyone had such a lovely time and it was great to see smiles on everyone’s faces.
All the Christmas activities have been thoroughly enjoyed by the children, but our Christmas jumper day and Christmas lunch had to be our favourite.
