To celebrate Chinese New Year, our Explorers have tried some typical Chinese food and even used chopsticks to eat it. Once they had tried the food, the children all filled in an evaluation sheet to say what they had enjoyed the most – the noodles, spring rolls and prawn crackers proved very popular!
