Earlier in the term, year 5 children wrote persuasive letters to Mr Nichol at Tuxford Academy, to encourage him to come and deliver a CPR training session. They did such a good job that Mr Nichol came last week and taught them about the importance of checking the area for danger and how to perform CPR. They are now using the experience to write an instructional text for their friends in year 6.
