Our year 6 pupils have spent a wonderful day visiting Magdalen College, Oxford, as part of Tuxford Primary Academy’s aspirations project.
Highlights for our pupils included a very interactive presentation, a treasure hunt tour of the college, a chance to play with robots in a science session, an introduction to Magdalen’s treasures and its history in the medieval library, as well as lunch in the medieval dining hall.
Thank you so much University of Oxford for making us so welcome; you never know, you may see some of us again in a few years time!
